gk5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the gk5 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by gk5 through its website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and gk5. The gk5 platform is for entertainment purposes and is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Gk5 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notification of changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on gk5. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. gk5 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact gk5 support immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not use bots, automated software, or any unauthorised third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Do not share your account with others or allow any third party to access your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the gk5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, and approved local bank transfers. gk5 does not accept foreign currency and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by users.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on current promotions and your chosen payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is confirmed. gk5 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your gk5 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times depend on the chosen method and internal verification procedures. gk5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
Erroneous or Unauthorised Transactions
In the event of a technical error resulting in invalid credits to your account, gk5 reserves the right to correct the error at any time, including reversing any excess balance. Users who knowingly benefit from a technical error are in breach of these terms.
Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Gk5 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, gk5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gk5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms contained in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Inaccurate or unverifiable registration information.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
Following account closure, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the current policy, subject to any investigation that may be required.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gk5 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of gk5 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gk5.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links and Services
The gk5 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. gk5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to These Terms
Gk5 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the currently applicable version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gk5 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, or where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
